With tall windows that open to the sidewalk on sunny days and warm nights, Underhill Brooklyn has the feel of a French bistro, but its food is decidedly Greek. It serves appetizers like grilled octopus, calamari, and saganaki (fried cheese); for entrées, the kitchen crafts seafood dishes and burgers made of beef and lamb. Meanwhile, the bar pours wine and beer sourced from Greece, California, and several regions in between.
